Seabury Resources for Aging is seeking a Master of Social Work or Registered Nurse to provide care management to older adults in the DC Metro area. This is a great opportunity which offers you the independence of private practice while having the support and benefits of working with a team.
Candidates must have strong clinical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, possess strong organizational and problem solving skills, good record keeping, and the ability to set priorities and meet goals. Experience in health care, medical social work or case management preferred. Professional licensure required. Personal car is necessary for home and site visits. Bilingual in English & Spanish and experience in mental health a plus.
