Join Our Ongoing COVID-19 Response
Older adults are a vulnerable population and most at risk from the negative health effects of COVID-19. This winter your gift helps Seabury provide:
Healthy Meals: Delivery of over 70,000 meals/month at peak to keep older adults fed and safe at home.
PPE and Supplies: Distribution of over 1,600 masks/month at peak to safeguard older adults. The Seabury staff also shops for residents who cannot pick up needed items.
Wellness Checks: Calls to over 350 older adults/day at peak to check on them and lend a listening ear.
Social Engagement: Staffing and virtual programming (with now over 65 monthly activities such as Chair Yoga and Trivia) increases connectivity and decreases social isolation.
Caring Connections for Mental and Physical Health: Seabury Care Management provides assessments and care plans; Home First® coordinates appointments for those in need. All Seabury staff delivers TLC to the older adults we serve.
Safe and Clean Living Space: Our communities follow strict distancing and disinfectant protocols and offer COVID-19 tests and PPE.
Sense of Family: Seabury builds community through our programs and residences and creates an environment where older adults feel cared for and safe.
#SeaburyCares and we know you do too. You can support older adults and family caregivers through the winter months of the COVID-19 pandemic by making a gift at seaburyresources.org/donate. Through a generous grant made by The Morris and Gwendolyn Cafritz Foundation, your contribution will be matched — double your impact and make your gift today.
