Give older adults the gift of hope!
Seabury Care Management has been selected to participate in Give65. We are eligible to receive up to $5,000 in matching funds if you make a donation starting at 9:00 AM (Eastern Time Zone) Tuesday, July, 12! The match is first come, first served so please mark your calendar for 9:00 AM, 7/12. 100% of funds will support our Care Management subsidy fund, allowing older adults and their families to receive the guidance and support they need. All donations made through Thursday, July 14 will go to the Seabury Care Management subsidy fund.
