Connector Changes
Beginning October 1, please call 202-420-7533 to schedule your non-emergency essential medical transportation trips. Yellow Cab reservation and transportation protocol is as follows:
You may book transportation up to 30 minutes prior to your appointment time, depending on availability, and as far in advance as one month.
You may call 24 hours a day and seven days a week to schedule your ride.
Transportation is available 6:00am – 6:00pm.
You will ride in a private taxicab, which will take you directly to your appointment and back, without stops along the way.
