Seabury Welcomes Four Board Members
Seabury is proud to welcome four new members to its board of directors. These members bring added experience and expertise to Seabury’s work with older adults, family caregivers, and people with disabilities in the greater Washington, DC area.
Bijoy Verghese - Mr. Verghese is a financial professional and former Vice President of Finance at Discovery Global Enterprises. Verghese brings more than 18 years of experience in the business sector to his service at Seabury. He holds an MBA in finance from Virginia Tech and degrees in construction engineering and civil engineering from the University of Mumbai, India.
Craig McCullough - Mr. McCullough is the President/Founder of The Catalyst Group in Washington, DC. Named a Washington Best Realtor in 2015, McCullough brings seven years of real estate leadership to Seabury’s board. A devoted community volunteer, McCullough currently also serves on the board of the Chamber Dance Project and is former Board Treasurer of Lee Montessori Public Charter School.
Marcus Braxton - Mr. Braxton is an educational and philanthropic professional with specializations in management, operations and finance. Marcus currently works as Chief Operating Officer at Capital Partners for Education, a non-profit working with low-income students on college completion and career readiness. He holds an MBA from Johns Hopkins University and a bachelor degree in international relations from Rhodes College.
Nikhil Kumtha - Mr. Kumtha (pictured, right) is an experienced business professional within the healthcare sector. He works as Business Transformation Lead/Senior Consultant at Altarum Institute/Federal Advisory Partners. Kumtha is also a board member of the Product Development and Management Association which supports product management and innovation. He holds an MBA from Duke University and a bachelor degree in engineering from the University of Michigan.
