Carla Rawlings Named Employee of the Quarter

Seabury Resources for Aging is proud to announce Carla Rawlings, Care Manager at Seabury Care Management, as the employee of the quarter. Below, Deborah Royster, Seabury CEO, and Gerry Perez, Seabury Board President, present Ms. Rawlings with her award at the Seabury Care Management office (4201 Butterworth Place NW, DC).

In nominating Rawlings, Seabury Care Management Director, Monica Micklos, wrote:

In addition to providing excellent care management services, Carla provides critical support to our team. She is always responsive and willing to assist. Her colleagues know they can call on her for advice and information on resources. Administration can depend on Carla to help provide coverage when Care Managers are on vacation, and she takes more than her share of weekend on-call. Carla gives of her time to Seabury in other ways, too, such as serving on the Safety Committee, attending Seabury networking events, and enthusiastically encouraging community support for Seabury fundraising activities. She gives 100% effort 100% of the time. Her positive, energetic personality and can-do attitude lift the whole office. Carla is an incredible asset to the Care Management program and a wonderful ambassador for Seabury Resources for Aging.
