2024 was a busy year for Seabury. Over 95,000 meals were served in Wards 5 & 6 to seniors, and a $16M refinancing deal was completed at Friendship Terrace that converted 125 units to deeply affordable housing, as well as starting a $3M Food Trust to support residents cost burdened by meals at Friendship Terrace.

In 2024, Seabury made moves to make safe, supportive, and affordable housing, food, and community more accessible and sustainable for seniors than ever. We are so proud of our work the past year, and so grateful to all the individuals, foundatios, corporations, and District partners that made this work possible.
