How does the Seabury Connector work?

The Seabury Connector is a curb-to-curb service. Our drivers pick up and discharge passengers at the curb or driveway in front of their home or destination. Seabury Connector drivers provide assistance to riders as they enter and exit the vehicle. Drivers are unable to assist or escort passengers to or from their door.

When riders have completed their appointment, they call the Seabury Connector Dispatcher (at 202-715-7649) to arrange a return trip home. Our goal is to pick up riders for their trip home within 45 minutes of their call to the dispatcher.
